What a week? Lots of copy, releases drafted, photo shoots arranged, product sheets compiled, charity proposals drafted, and a little professional training.
Had a brilliant update on Evaluation and the return on marketing investment courtesy of the CIPR. I learnt so much theory while at Bournemouth University, and it’s great to see that so much of what I learned over a decade ago is still relevant today, while adapting to our amazing digital world.
Oliver Hickson of Hickson Communications delivered a really good insight into getting the most out of evaluation and showing how PR investment can make a real difference. His examples from his public sector work and COI were fantastic – a real demonstration of how communications can change behaviour and reduce costs.
